This March more than 100 retailers in Broadmead, The Arcade and The Galleries will take part in a BID-funded mystery shopping exercise designed to improve customer service.
The scheme, now in its third year, highlights strengths as well as any areas where improvement could be made in order to offer excellent customer service. Each participant will received a very detailed report, including a comparison to last year’s results where applicable. In April, the top performers across a range of categories will be presented with trophies and certificates at the Broadmead BID Retailer Awards night (date and venue TBC).
