Royal British Legion recruiting volunteers for Bristol Poppy Appeal

Could you spare some time to help with this year’s Bristol Poppy Appeal? Find out more over coffee on Thursday 27 April

During October and November the Royal British Legion will need volunteers for a wide variety of roles across Bristol and South Gloucestershire. You could drive and deliver poppies, man stands at supermarkets and other venues, or help with the count and administration. The time commitment doesn’t have to be big, you could do two or three hours, or much more. To find out how the Royal British Legion spends the money raised by the appeal to help members of the armed forces as well as veterans and what you can do to help, drop in to the pop-in advice centre in Union Street (opposite Primark) for a chat over coffee and cake between 10 and 11.30am on Thursday 27 April or email spotepa@britishlegion.org.uk
