The Broadmead BID team is delighted to announce that last August’s Summer of Sport campaign is a finalist for Marketing Campaign of the Year at the Bristol Post Business Awards 2017
Bristol Shopping Quarter was a hive of activity last August when the Broadmead BID team’s Summer of Sport campaign saw at least one sporting themed activity on offer to shoppers and their families, completely free of charge, every single day for 30 days.
We spread the news via a wide-reaching multi-media campaign including adverts in the Bristol Post and home page takeovers of their website; advertorials in Bristol 24/7, Bristol Life, and Weekend magazine; promotions on Heart West Country, Sam FM and The Breeze; posters in the Clear Channel units located in Broadmead; and, of course, through @bristolshopping on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
The Summer of Sport has been selected as a finalist for Marketing Campaign of the Year at the Bristol Post Business Awards 2017, up against Bristol Varsity Series and Hampton by Hilton Bristol. We’ll find out whether we’ve won at a gala event taking place at Ashton Gate Stadium on Wednesday 28 June.
